A Kabyle man and woman have just been kidnapped.

The man, Slimane Bouhafs, is a Christian activist, a refugee in Tunisia where he has just been taken by three individuals who beat him according to his neighborhood. This comes the day after Ramtane Lamamra’s visit to Tunisia. Who operated? Tunisian or Algerian Services? In both cases, Tunisia is responsible for it and behaves in the banane Republic that Algeria ridiculises.

The woman, Madame Kamira N’ait Cid is president of an NGO, the CMA (World Amazigh Congress) which defends the cultural and political rights of the Amazighs, was kidnapped yesterday by the police at her home in Draa Ben Khedda.

The president of the Kabyle Provisional Government in exile, asks Tunisia to communicate on the Bouhafs case which was under political refugee status and which the Tunisian League of Human Rights was aware of.

He asks the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees to inquire about his fate. For Madame Nait Cid, the President of Anavad demands her immediate and unconditional release.

He calls on the UN Human Rights Commissioner to intervene for his release, especially since the CMA is a member of the permanent body of indigenous peoples near the United Nations.

The fascism and racism of the Algerian state which burns our villages and our lands, which leaves our patients with covid to die obviously has no limits.

However, it will not overcome the peaceful fight of the Kabyle people for their independence.
